About Us

We are a small team of care workers operating in and around the Leek area. The entire team has extensive experience in offering domiciliary care to those that need assistance in their own home environment. 

 

As a small team we are able to offer complete continuity in care for each service user.  We undertake a baseline assessment of individual needs so that we can offer a completely person centred care package that is tailored to suit. 

 

We are committed to improving life quality for all our service users making their wellbeing our top priority.  All our staff are trained to a high standard, this ensures dignity and respect at all times and in every aspect of the care service being provided.

 

Registered Manager Louise Roberts has over 20 years experience in every aspect of care in the community.  Louise started out as a care worker for her local authority in 1999, later worked for a another private agency and eventually took on the role and responsibility of owning and running Person Centred Services Ltd in 2010.

Person Centred Services Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
